LANDSCAPE ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

Position Summary

The Landscape Account Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the quality of landscape management services provided to our clients. Regular site visits, client communication, crew supervision, and project management are key responsibilities. This role ensures adherence to company standards, client satisfaction, and the successful execution of landscape projects.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor production quality and ensure adherence to Continuum standards.
  • Meet with clients regularly to assess satisfaction levels and provide estimates for suggested improvements.
  • Perform weekly inspections of all assigned sites and document findings.
  • Supervise and coordinate multiple crews, providing technical support and problem resolution as needed.
  • Assist in planning and organizing lawn care and landscape assignments.
  • Implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage production schedules and deadlines, striving for efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Oversee and execute various landscape projects, including lawn care, pruning, mulching, irrigation, and snow removal.
  • Adhere to contract specifications and accurately assess pricing for additional client requests.
  • Support ground labor with assistance and technical guidance.
  • Take charge in emergency situations, ensuring proper response and operation of safety equipment.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing snow and ice management operations, including client communication and site inspections.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aligned with corporate strategic goals.

Education, Experience and Skills Required

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the green industry, focusing on large commercial or corporate facility ground operations and maintenance.
  • Progressive supervisory experience demonstrating leadership and management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and related software applications.
  • Formal training and certifications in horticultural services and landscape architecture are preferred.
  • Ability to analyze technical information, including drawings and specifications.
