Snow Equipment Operator

SNOW EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

**Seasonal- On call 

We are seeking reliable and flexible individuals for seasonal, on-call work during the winter season. This position involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions, and hours will fluctuate based on snowfall and other winter-related factors.

Job Function:

Support snow removal and de-icing operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Commercial snow removal experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Must be able to fill out necessary paperwork from completed work.
• At least 3 year experience operating Heavy Equipment
• Valid Chauffeurs license
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Pass driver's background check

Duties and Responsibilities:

• During snow removal season you must be willing to work all hours of the day while on call 24/7.
• Remove snow safely and efficiently from commercial properties including but not limited to multi-family locations, roads ways, parking lots, driveways, and loading docks.
• Operate assigned equipment in sometimes extreme weather conditions.
• Willing to do whatever task is necessary to support snow and ice operations.

Optional Qualifications:

• Plow truck Equipment Experience
• Salt truck operations Experience

Physical Requirements:

• Must be available to respond to work requests 24 hours a day 7 days a week
• Must be able to work for uninterrupted extended periods of time
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
