Irrigation Technician

Location- Winter Haven, FL

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Irrigation Technician with strong 2-wire system troubleshooting skills to join our landscape maintenance team. If you're passionate about smart water use, hands-on work, and problem-solving in the field — this role is for you!

You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and residential irrigation systems while providing excellent service to clients. A valid driver’s license is required — you'll be operating a company vehicle daily.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair 2-wire irrigation systems

• Install new irrigation systems, including piping, valves, heads, and controllers

• Diagnose issues and make recommendations for repairs or upgrades

• Program and optimize irrigation controllers for efficient water usage

• Communicate with property managers, clients, and team members

• Maintain accurate service records and track materials used

• Keep tools, truck, and job sites clean and organized

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in 2-wire irrigation system repair/troubleshooting

• Strong understanding of commercial irrigation system components

• Skilled in using trenchers, power tools, and hand tools

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license required

• Irrigation Association Certification is a plus
