Landscape Install Crew Member

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks like clearing and preparing job sites, grading terrain, digging trenches, and removing debris and other hazards.
• Construct hardscape features, which may include laying paver patios, building retaining walls, installing fences, and setting stone or concrete walkways.
• Install plants, trees, shrubs, sod, and mulch.
• Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as heavy machinery such as skid steers, power saws, and jackhammers.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• Communication with management or crew leader as it relates to the job site schedule
• Conduct work in a safe manner
• Landscape Hardscape field experience is preferred.
• Experience in heavy equipment preferred
• Valid Drivers license preferred
• Willing to take on additional duties and/or miscellaneous tasks, as needed
• Punctuality and a strong work ethic are highly valued.

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions.
• Must be able to work for uninterrupted extended periods of time.
• The ability to lift at least 50 lbs., bend, and squat for extended periods.
