Location: Winter Haven, FL

Continuum Services is seeking hardworking, dependable Lawn Maintenance Crew Members to join our growing team in Winter Haven, FL. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining beautiful commercial properties, and thrive in a physically active environment. If you’re motivated, team-oriented, and ready to work in Florida’s heat, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Operate zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently on commercial properties

• Perform edging, trimming, and weed control around sidewalks, curbs, and landscaped areas

• Use handheld landscaping equipment (trimmers, blowers, edgers, etc.)

• Walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday

• Work outdoors daily in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

• Support team members to ensure properties meet quality standards

• Additional projects and team support as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous commercial landscaping experience preferred

• Experience operating zero-turn mowers 

• Ability to work outdoors for long hours in Florida heat

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions.
• Must be able to work for uninterrupted extended periods of time.
• The ability to lift at least 50 lbs., bend, and squat for extended periods.
