Exterior Services - Michigan

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Sealcoating Technician to join our Exterior Services team in Farmington Hills. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving asphalt surfaces through sealcoating, crack filling, and general pavement care. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in hands-on work, and are willing to put in the effort during busy seasons, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with asphalt sealcoating operations using spray or squeegee (cut-in) application methods
• Perform surface preparation including cleaning and crack filling
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Support general pavement maintenance projects as needed
• Work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons

What We’re Looking For

• At least one season of experience in asphalt sealcoating and crack filling
• Valid chauffeur’s license or ability to obtain one
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and driver’s background check
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work long days and weekends when required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Capable of working for extended, uninterrupted periods
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more, and perform frequent bending and squatting
