We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Installer / HVAC Refrigeration Technician to join our team and support the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple sites.

What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Sheet Metal Installer / HVAC Refrigeration Technician, you’ll work independently and with a team to ensure systems are installed correctly and operating efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Fabricating, assembling, and installing HVAC sheet metal ductwork and components
Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings
Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Installing and servicing equipment such as RTUs, split systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, air handlers, and exhaust systems
Ensuring proper system airflow, duct sealing, and insulation installation
Coordinating with team members and customers on project timelines and service needs
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Ensuring all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and company standards


What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a well-rounded technician with strong installation skills and refrigeration knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and/or refrigeration service
Experience with sheet metal fabrication and duct installation
EPA 608 Certification (preferred or required based on role)
Knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Valid driver’s license


Physical & Schedule Requirements

Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly
Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and in confined spaces
Availability for occasional overtime or after-hours work as needed
