Irrigation Technician   Position Summary: Maintain & enhance irrigation systems. Ensures the optimum operation for all irrigation systems. Preform system start-ups and winterization. Estimate time and materials needed to make repairs or upgrades. Good knowledge of piping, wiring, & controllers for landscaping sprinkler systems. Their duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks, and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites. The Project Site Superintendent is responsible for managing one or numerous projects, providing leadership to construction teams, while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality. Building Engineer     Position Summary Professionally respond to tenant requests and the public as required. Effectively and efficiently operate and maintenance all HVAC and MEP equipment. Serve as a Systems Operator. Perform as well as supervise maintenance work. Senior Building Engineer     Position Summary Professionally respond to tenant and management requests as required.  Effectively and efficiently operate and maintain all HVAC and MEP equipment.  Serve as a Systems Operator and/or mentor/trainer to other building engineers. Lead Building Engineer   Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Building Engineer with expertise in high-rise buildings and a strong background in HVAC systems.
